I spent two decades in the music industry -- working with Modular Records (Tame Impala, The Avalanches), running international festivals across the UK, Iceland, Barcelona, and Japan, and most recently operating Club 77 in Sydney.
Through all of it, I saw the same problem everywhere: teams drowning in admin. Booking confirmations lost in email threads. Invoices created by hand from spreadsheets. Reporting that ate a day a week. Operations held together by people doing work software should do.
Projekt AI exists to fix that. I work as an embedded AI operator: I build and run the production AI and automation systems that take operations off a team's plate -- booking, invoicing, content, reporting -- measured in time and money saved. The music background is where I learned how operations actually break.
